As a mother of a now two-year-old (how did that happen?!?), I wanted to share our favorite story books. The ones we read over and over and over again. These books are 100% Carter approved, Carter requested and mom likes the messages too!
We’ve heard Two is a Zoo! So we decided to embrace the chaos and throw our little guy a wild bash fit for a pack of party animals.
Only you could keep me up at night, deprive me of so much sleep and still deserve smiles in the morning.
You alone could projectile vomit in my hair and have me feel bad for you, not myself.
Kissing anyone else’s feet, wouldn’t even be a consideration. Or picking their nose. Ick!
I wouldn’t cook for anyone else after they threw what I made on the floor.
You baby, are my exception.
Mother’s Day is right around the corner, actually six weeks to be exact. But if you’re a planner like, me and want to get a jump start on shopping, look no further. I’ve put together a Gift Guide for a little something to go with those hand-printed cards and macaroni necklaces.
Girlfriends are a necessity and I’ve been fortunate to have a core group of friends built in since high school, and one of those girls has been my best friend since elementary school. I also found an equally amazing group of fun-loving girls in college that I’ve continued to be close to even though we’re all scattered across the country. Since 2017 was a milestone year as most of us turned thirty, I thought it would be fun to reflect on what a great trip around the sun it was and how much I love these girls.
(The picture above is actually from the kick-off party to our wedding weekend! It was so much fun having my friends, old and “new”, together by my side for all of our wedding events. This picture was taken almost four an a half years ago and I’m happy to report that each of these women are still dear friends. I am just so grateful for my squad.)
If you’re like me and avoid the Black Friday crowds at all costs, I thought I’d share my 2017 Holiday Gift Guide for those people who ate too much yesterday and would rather shop in their pajamas on the couch. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!
In my second B&B Miscellaneous installment I will continue to share little tidbits about my life lately, things I like, do, want, etc. Hope you enjoy getting to know me a little better! If you’d like to see more, check out my first installment.
I thought sharing little tidbits about my life lately, things I like, do, want, etc. might be a fun way for you guys to get to know me a little better. So here goes:
