Although my day to day accessory routine tends to be pretty simplistic and based around delicate, gold jewelry, it’s always fun to break out of the (jewelry) box.

New Year’s Eve is just around the corner and I’ve teamed up with June Ruby to provide a little outfit inspiration for when the ball drops!
We’ll be welcoming 2016 in with friends in Chicago. Scott and I will be in town for one of my sorority sister’s weddings, the wonderful Kate of Kel + Kate – a fashion and lifestyle blog based out of The Windy City. And since we’ll be in Chicago for her winter wedding, we figured we might as well spend a night out on the town for New Year’s Eve.

Vail, Colorado
We spent this past weekend in Vail, Colorado. It snowed pretty much the entire time we were there which made it all that more magical. It was the perfect mini-getaway, just me and the hubs.

To celebrate the start of the holiday season, my friend Katie and I took time to attend the Champagne Cascade at The Brown Palace…. a champagne-lover’s paradise.

In the spirit of Black Friday, I thought I’d share a little gift giving inspiration. This Holiday Gift Guide is part wish-list, part recommendation. So here’s to finding the perfect presents for the women in your life, whether they be a Jetsetter, a Fashionista, an amazing Hostess, a Fitness Junkie or perhaps a new mom.
P.S. If my friends and family are looking for something to get me this Christmas, look no further!

This weekend was spent running around prepping for Thanksgiving and I enjoyed every second of it. I absolutely love the holidays and I couldn’t be more excited to be hosting our family again. This year will be the third consecutive year that we’ve hosted Thanksgiving and it’s becoming one of my favorite traditions.

The temperatures have really dropped here in Denver, so it’s time to bundle. And nothing screams wintry warmth like a Fair Isle sweater. It’s the perfect layer to cozy up in.
Denim is for Fall. And I’m all on board in my Tennessee Tuxedo!
An all denim look is a great way to dress for the change of seasons. It’s a very fall look if I do say so myself.
How ’bout them Broncos!!! 7-0 and no signs of slowing down!
Now that football season is in full swing and Sundays are spent in Game Day Gear, I thought I’d share some covetable items for the stylish Broncos fan. See my selections for everything you need to complete your blue and orange wardrobe so you can cheer your team in style.
Don’t let the NFL’s “Be Clear” Policy hinder your outfit! Grab a Lucite clutch or Bloomingdale’s little clear bag to pass through security like the true fashionista you are.
And although we wear orange and blue in our household, these pieces can easily be translated to show pride for your team.
Still… GO BRONCOS! #PFM

This past weekend was full of beautiful Colorado weather, the changing of leaves, and snuggling up on the couch with vino, movies and football. When Scott and I did venture out, I thought it only fitting to don a great patterned dress and my favorite equestrian boots.
