We had a nice relaxing weekend and headed to brunch in uptown on Sunday.  Brunch is seriously one of my favorite things to do, it’s such a fun social activity and I love trying out new restaurants!  I’ve seriously been craving lemon ricotta pancakes ever since I saw a sign for them outside of a restaurant during our recent trip to NYC.  So I tracked some down at Humboldt thanks to Yelp .  I’ve been on somewhat of a pancake kick over the past month or two and these didn’t disappoint!  They came with raspberry preserves and marscapone cream and were ahhmazing!  But make sure to come with an appetite – I’m pregnant, shared some bites with the table, and still barely ate half of them.

This sweet pink blouse is perfect for spring.  I love the flowy, oversize silhouette and the tie neckline gives it a feminine flair.  You can knot the ties like I did for brunch, or create a bow for an extra ladylike look.  (I’ve already worn it both ways.)   I’ve really been loving light pink this season.  It pairs so nicely with denim, black, nude and white.  Pale pink is a very versatile color and is so reminiscent of springtime.

The Loft seriously has such a cute maternity line and I just stocked up on a few items and am currently crushing on this eyelet topthis floral dress, and this striped maxi.

These distressed boyfriend jeans have been my go-to especially since they’re one of my only normal pairs of pants that still fit.   They are seriously so comfortable and I highly recommend them!  And for someone who refuses to buy designer denim that’s ripped and has holes, these are the perfect pair at a good price.

Where are your favorite places to brunch?
