Coordinated separates are a match made in heaven. A coordinated ensemble can elevate your summer outfit in a breeze. Complete the look with oversize sunglasses, sandals and a bright purse.
This floral set is a great option for Sunday Best. The bralette crop top and high-waisted, fit-and-flare skirt give a feminine and retro silhouette. It would be pretty as a dress, but breaking the pattern into two adds a little edge and perhaps a some ventilation! Which was perfect since we celebrated a friend’s birthday with an outdoor brunch at Tamayo this weekend. We braved the heat on their rooftop patio, and boy was it hot! Luckily we had plenty of small plates and free-flowing mimosas to keep us happy.
Midriff-baring separates make for a fun combination. They’re playful, without being too revealing. I paired my matchy-matchy set with a neon Marc by Marc Jacobs clutch that drew out a color from the floral pattern.
